CLEAN HAIR

Arrive with freshly washed, product-free hair. Washing in-chair adds to your service time.

DETANGLED

Hair must be fully detangled before arrival. Extra detangling will cost additional.

RESCHEDULE

Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to keep your deposit safe.

LATE CANCEL

Last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit. Please be sure before booking.

Preparation

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

A quick checklist so you come in ready and walk out fresh.

WASH & CONDITION

Shampoo and condition 24 hours before. No styling products.

DETANGLE THOROUGHLY

Fully blow-dry and detangle so we can get straight to styling.

BRING YOUR HAIR

For braiding services, hair is not included. Medium knotless = 3 bundled packs preferred.

ARRIVE ON TIME

A 10-minute grace period is honored. Later than that and your slot may be forfeited.

EAT BEFOREHAND

Some services take 4+ hours. Eat a meal and bring snacks to stay comfortable.

COME ALONE

To keep the studio calm, please come solo unless the guest is being served.
